What Comes With a Qualifying HVAC Installation?
5-Year Air Done Right Labor Warranty
Standard qualifying HVAC system installations include a 5-year Air Done Right labor warranty. This coverage applies to eligible installation and workmanship concerns under the applicable written warranty terms. Annual maintenance and cleaning are required to maintain applicable labor warranty coverage, and the labor warranty does not guarantee replacement of the complete HVAC system.
Optional 10-Year Labor Warranty
Qualifying installations may also be eligible for an optional 10-year Air Done Right labor warranty. This provides longer labor coverage for eligible installation and workmanship concerns. Coverage remains subject to the applicable written warranty terms, and you must complete required annual maintenance and cleaning to maintain coverage.
Manufacturer Parts Warranty
Many Bryant systems installed by Air Done Right may qualify for a 10-year manufacturer parts limited warranty, subject to equipment eligibility, timely registration, and Bryant’s applicable warranty terms. Bryant states that its products typically receive 10-year parts limited coverage when registered within 90 days and generally 5-year coverage when not registered, subject to product-specific terms and jurisdictions where registration cannot be required. Manufacturer parts coverage is separate from Air Done Right’s labor warranty.
First-Year Free Maintenance Included
Qualifying new HVAC system installations include Air Done Right's first annual free maintenance visit. This visit provides an opportunity to inspect, clean, and review the newly installed system's operation. After the included visit, continued annual maintenance and cleaning are required to maintain applicable Air Done Right labor warranty coverage.

Air Done Right’s free estimates are generally valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing.
Once you approve the agreed scope and price, our team completes the installation according to the approved proposal. If you request additional work outside the originally approved scope, we discuss the additional work and applicable cost before proceeding. Air Done Right’s current terms similarly state that we discuss additional customer-requested work outside an approved scope before performing it.
What to Expect From an Air Done Right HVAC Installation

Based on the assessment, we recommend equipment suited to the property and provide a written proposal outlining the proposed installation scope, equipment, labor, materials, and pricing before work begins.
Once you approve the project, our team confirms scheduling and installation requirements. Air Done Right handles applicable permits for contracted work, and installations and jobs over $500 require a 50% deposit under the company’s payment terms.
Our EPA 608-certified HVAC technicians complete the approved installation based on the selected equipment, property requirements, manufacturer procedures, and agreed project scope.
After installation, our team operates and tests the system, checks applicable controls, airflow, and heating or cooling performance, cleans the work area, and reviews relevant equipment operation and maintenance requirements with you.
For qualifying installations, Air Done Right provides applicable warranty information, a 5-year labor warranty, and the first annual maintenance visit. Continued free annual maintenance and cleaning are required to maintain applicable Air Done Right labor warranty coverage.
