Service availability depends on property location, requested service, technician availability, equipment requirements, and scheduling capacity. Customers may contact Air Done Right to confirm whether service is available at a particular address.

Free Estimates & Quotes

Air Done Right provides free estimates for eligible services and installations. Each estimate is based on the information available at the time of inspection or consultation, including the proposed scope of work, equipment, materials, labor, and site conditions.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, an estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date it is issued. After 30 days, pricing may be updated to reflect changes in equipment, materials, labor, supplier pricing, taxes, or other project costs.

Approval of an estimate does not expand the scope of work beyond the services specifically identified in the estimate or accompanying agreement.

No Change Order Guarantee & Upfront Pricing

Air Done Right is committed to clear, upfront pricing. Once customers approve the agreed scope of work and price, they will not be charged hidden fees or unexpected surcharges for that approved work. The company does not impose separate after-hours, weekend, or holiday surcharges solely because service is performed during those periods.

If a customer requests work outside the originally approved scope, we will discuss the additional work and any applicable price before performing it.

Scheduling & Appointments

We schedule appointments based on technician availability, customer location, service type, and the urgency of the request.

Air Done Right makes reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled service window. Appointment or arrival times may change because of emergencies, weather, traffic, unusually complex prior appointments, equipment availability, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

When reasonably possible, we will notify customers of significant scheduling changes.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers may contact Air Done Right if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Air Done Right does not charge a cancellation or rescheduling fee for standard service appointments.

We ask customers to provide as much notice as reasonably possible so we can adjust the appointment and make the time available to another customer.

Any statutory cancellation rights applicable to residential home-improvement contracts remain governed by Pennsylvania law and the applicable written contract.

Pricing & Payment Terms

Pricing is based on the approved scope of work, equipment, materials, labor, and services required for the project. The estimate, proposal, invoice, or service agreement will disclose applicable payment requirements.

Air Done Right generally requires a 50% deposit for installations and jobs exceeding $500, except where Pennsylvania law imposes a different deposit limitation.

For residential home-improvement projects subject to the Pennsylvania Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act, deposits will be collected only in amounts permitted by applicable law. Where the total project price exceeds $5,000, applicable Pennsylvania deposit limitations will control over any general company deposit policy.

The remaining balance is due according to the payment schedule stated in the applicable estimate, invoice, proposal, or service agreement.

Air Done Right does not maintain a general late-payment fee or interest policy unless different terms are expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

Payment Methods

Air Done Right accepts approved payment methods communicated to the customer at the time of service or invoicing. Available payment options may include cash, checks, debit cards, credit cards, and approved financing options.

Financing may be available to qualified customers and is subject to the terms, eligibility requirements, approval process, interest rates, fees, and conditions established by the applicable third-party financing provider.

Warranties & Guarantees

Applicable workmanship, labor, equipment, and manufacturer warranties depend on the service performed and equipment installed.

Eligible new HVAC installations may include Air Done Right’s 5-Year Extended Labor Warranty, subject to the specific warranty terms, exclusions, maintenance requirements, and documentation provided with the installation.

Manufacturer warranties are provided by the applicable equipment or parts manufacturer and remain subject to that manufacturer’s registration requirements, coverage periods, exclusions, and other conditions.

The warranty applicable to a specific project will be identified in the estimate, proposal, installation documentation, or separate warranty terms where appropriate.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information regarding the property, HVAC equipment, and requested service
  • Providing reasonable access to the property and equipment
  • Keeping the work area reasonably clear and accessible
  • Informing Air Done Right of known property hazards or conditions that could affect the work
  • Reviewing the proposed scope of work before approval
  • Communicating requested changes before additional work is performed
  • Providing required approvals or signatures
  • Making payments according to the applicable agreement
  • Following reasonable equipment operation and maintenance instructions after service

Customers should notify Air Done Right promptly if they have questions or concerns regarding completed work.

Property Access & Site Conditions

Customers must provide reasonable access to the property, HVAC equipment, electrical panels, mechanical areas, and other locations necessary to perform the approved service.

If an HVAC technician arrives and cannot reasonably access the equipment or work area, Air Done Right may need to reschedule or arrange a return visit.

Air Done Right does not charge an additional return-trip fee solely because an initially inaccessible work area requires rescheduling.

Customers should disclose known hazardous or unusual site conditions before work begins whenever reasonably possible.

Permits & Inspections

When an Air Done Right project requires permits, Air Done Right will obtain the applicable permits associated with its contracted work.

Permit requirements, inspections, scheduling, and approval processes depend on the applicable municipality or regulatory authority. Customers agree to provide reasonable access and cooperation when an inspection or permit-related visit is required.

Government processing times or inspection availability may affect project scheduling.

Pennsylvania Home Improvement Compliance

Air Done Right performs applicable residential home-improvement work in accordance with the Pennsylvania Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act (“HICPA”) and other applicable federal, state, and local requirements.

Air Done Right’s Pennsylvania Home Improvement Contractor Registration Number is PA093007.

For projects subject to HICPA, customers will receive the written contracts and project information required by applicable law. Depending on the project, documentation may address the scope of work, project price, estimated start and completion dates, contractor information, payment requirements, warranties, and applicable cancellation rights.

Pennsylvania law may provide consumers with the right to cancel qualifying home-improvement contracts within three business days of signing, subject to statutory exceptions, including certain emergency circumstances.

These Terms of Service do not replace a project-specific written home-improvement contract where one is required by law.

Changes to the Scope of Work

If a customer requests additional services or modifications outside the approved scope, Air Done Right will discuss the requested changes before performing the additional work.

Where Pennsylvania law requires a written change order, Air Done Right will document and obtain approval for the additional work and corresponding price adjustment in accordance with applicable requirements.

Air Done Right’s No Change Order Guarantee is intended to prevent unexpected charges for the originally approved scope of work. It does not require Air Done Right to perform newly requested or materially different work at no additional charge.

Unforeseen Conditions

HVAC work may reveal conditions that were not reasonably visible or identifiable before work began, including concealed damage, code-related issues, inaccessible components, deteriorated equipment, electrical problems, structural conditions, or incompatible existing systems.

If an unforeseen condition materially affects the approved work, Air Done Right will communicate the issue to the customer and discuss available options before proceeding with work outside the existing scope when customer approval is required.

Force Majeure

Air Done Right is not responsible for service delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, power outages, utility interruptions, supply-chain disruptions, equipment shortages, government actions, labor disruptions, transportation problems, or other unforeseen events.

If such circumstances affect an appointment or project, Air Done Right will make reasonable efforts to resume or reschedule service when conditions permit.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Air Done Right encourages customers to contact us directly regarding any question, complaint, or dispute so that we have an opportunity to address the matter.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly between Air Done Right and the customer, the dispute will be governed by the applicable laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles where legally permissible.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, legal proceedings arising from these Terms or services provided by Air Done Right will be brought before the appropriate courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

Modifications to Terms

Air Done Right may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in our services, Website, business practices, operational policies, or applicable legal requirements.

We will post updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. The version in effect at the time of a transaction or service may apply together with any project-specific written agreement.

Termination of Service

Air Done Right may decline, postpone, suspend, or discontinue service when work cannot reasonably be performed under the agreed conditions.

This may occur when required access is unavailable, hazardous conditions prevent work, required permits or approvals cannot be obtained, requested work falls outside our service scope, payment obligations remain outstanding, or customer conduct prevents our HVAC technicians from reasonably performing their work.

Where practicable, Air Done Right will communicate the reason for postponing or discontinuing service.

Right to Refuse Service

Air Done Right reserves the right to refuse, postpone, or discontinue service when we reasonably determine that:

  • The requested work cannot legally or reasonably be performed
  • Hazardous or unhealthy conditions prevent technicians from performing the work
  • Required permits, inspections, or approvals cannot be obtained
  • A customer engages in threatening, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, or dangerous behavior toward our employees or contractors
  • Required payment obligations have not been satisfied
  • The requested service falls outside our licensing, qualifications, insurance coverage, or available service scope
  • Performing the requested work would violate applicable laws, codes, manufacturer requirements, or professional standards

Whenever reasonably practicable, Air Done Right will explain why service has been refused or postponed.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Any invalid or unenforceable provision will be interpreted or limited only as necessary to comply with applicable law, while preserving the intended purpose of the Terms where possible.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable estimate, proposal, work order, invoice, warranty, financing agreement, maintenance agreement, or service contract, constitute the terms applicable to your relationship with Air Done Right.

If a separately executed written agreement governing a specific project conflicts with these general Terms, the project-specific written agreement will control for that project, subject to applicable law.
